Shopping List

๐Ÿ›’๐Ÿค‘๐Ÿ›๏ธ

After travelling to Japan for few times,

I must admit that shopping at drug stores and
convienience stores became an essential activity during my last visits.

*Drug Stores are dedicated stores where you can buy non prescribed medecine and beauty products.
if you are on need to visit a pharmacy in Japan its called "yakkyoku".

If you are not into shopping, I strongly recomment to
at least visit a Japanese Convini or Convenience store.
In there you can find a wide range of food
that will be unlikely seen in another country.

โ€‹

These places offer the convenience of purchasing

a wide range of products in one spot,

which is incredibly entretaining.

I usually visit "Don Quijote" due to its huge variety of items,

you can find from food to electronics.

Don Quijote [store information]

www.donki.com

At Don Quitote's web site you can find a 10% discount cupon

remidable in the cash counter,

make sure you show it before payment.

I have been consistently purchaching some food, snaks,

health and beauty products on every trip to Japan.

Next I will introduce you the procucts, my experience with them and purchage's reason.

Sunscreen

I prefer lightweight sunscreens, and a major advantage is that they are much cheaper than Korean brands, also quality wise they are much better than any western brand I've ever tried.

Suncut is a non popular brand that turned to be my favourite amount Japanese brands, its light, non oily, waterproof and does not leave white cast in the skin. Its perfect during summer time.

Note: If you visit Japan during winter you might find difficulty to purchage it.

For people that love going no makeup like me, I found that suncream that has a bit of tone up effect is handy. I've tried many korean sunblock brands with bb cream, skin colour base like, and tone up, none of them have been compatible with my needs. However, "Skin Aqua tone Up" has a very light and non oily texture that I'm loving.

Vicks Cough Drops

Vicks cough drops are popular beyond Korea. Back home Vicks candies used to be an escential in my daily life, as I suffer from seasonal alergies and frequent Sore Throat.  I'm always happy to get them in Japan.

Leg Refresh Patches and Pain Relief spot patches

As someone who loves walking, Foot and Leg Refreshing Patches patches are essential. They help alleviate fatigue after long walks, so I always buy them and use during bed time on my trips to Japan. The most popular brand is called "Kyusoku Jikan" (่ถณใ™ใฃใใ‚Šใ‚ทใƒผใƒˆ ไผ‘่ถณๆ™‚้–“).

ROIHI-TSUBOKO's Pain Relief heat patches work wonderful when you have located pain. They are recommended for Shoulder pain, back pain, bruises, sprains, joint pain, and muscular pain or fatigue. I've tried also the cool version of it, I liked the refreshing feeling, however, you might not enjoy the mentol granpa smell.

Both products are great gifts!
